The “Renascence Treadmill” is a pit mount walk on, walk off, high speed, fully programmable treadmill capable of speeds up to 60km/h and elevating to 10 degrees for the purpose of Training, Conditioning, Rehabilitating and Diagnosing the Equine athlete.
The “Renascence Treadmill” has many time saving and cutting edge designs:
Number 1: SOFTWARE
‘EQUINFORM’ software which is a state of the art control system for programming and record management.which allows the user to use either benchmark programs or to develop their own the possibilities are infinite all these programs are capable of being customised further by the use of a touch screen which allows further fine tuning to suit each athlete individually and can also be duplicated 100 % time and time again.
Important training data such as heart rate, heart rate variation, EPOC, respiratory sound waves are recorded on the same graphs relating it to distance travelled and inclination of treadmill.
The record management system allows for full data retrieval for each individual horse. It records treadmill, track, and beach work along with veterinary, furrier, dental and breading.
The record management system software is integrated with the Internet and the owner can access reports generated from the software through a secure directed website.
Number 2: SUSPENSION
A patient pending suspension system and anti friction device, which eliminates almost 100% of the shock attributed to hard track and treadmill-based training.
Number 3: BELTING
Continuous rubber conveyor belt made to our own specific design for comfort and durability.
Two people can change the belt in under an hour; this saves costly down time and the need to reschedule trainings.
Number 4: LUBRICATION
Rubber mat lubrication is taken care of by the use of a sight glassed hand pump and delivered through jets under the mat.
Number 5: CLEANING AND HYGIENE
Wash down system for between runs and end of training also easy to remove and clean rear mounted catch bag for the unmentionables.
Number 6: MAINTENANCE
Easy to remove pit guarding and hinged drum guards allow 100% access to both sides and top of machine for maintenance and cleaning, all bearings are pre packed and rated to 8000 hours, before an open inspection. All main components are “ Off The Shelf ” items, available globally.
